What are shipping rates at Hidden Glam?

~Shipping is simplified! All purchases under $100.00 ship for just $7.00, ground, arriving in 2-7 business days. Transactions above $100.00 ship for free. You will be emailed a tracking number. Shipments are not conducted on Sundays. Although the physical shop is closed on Mondays, shipments are conducted that day. 

 

I need to get Glam quick! What are express shipping rates?

~Express shipping is available for $16.00, flat. Your purchase will arrive in 1-3 business days. Express shipping is not available to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam or The U.S. Virgin Islands.  All express orders placed before 2PM, EST will ship the same day (even on a Monday). Shipments are not conducted on Sundays.

 

What if I need to make a return?

~Your satisfaction is a top priority. In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with all tags attached and a receipt. For online purchases, please call the shop at 215-646-1429 about your return request within 24 hours of receiving your item so that we may best serve you by securing the size, color, or style of the item you wish to exchange for.  If you wish to simply return your online order, you must do so within 15 days of the shipping date. Items which have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.  All "Glam Thrifted",  "HG Consignment" and clearance items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

 

When it comes to returns, who covers shipping?

~You must cover the cost of returning your items to the store, however, if you choose to exchange, Hidden Glam will cover shipping fees for the item(s) you select for your exchange to be shipped back to you.

Are online purchases eligible for in-store promotions?

~It depends, but usually the answer is yes! In-store promotions are always announced on Facebook (Facebook.com/TheGlamThrifter), and if they don't require your physical presence at the shop, your online purchase will most likely be eligible. You can call ahead or email before placing your online order to verify.

What is the Hidden Glam consignment policy? 

~Hidden Glam consignment clients enjoy the benefit of a 50/50 percentage split on all items sold, the ability to collect cash for their sales, or to use their earnings in the shop as credit towards something they love! All consignment inventory must be reviewed and approved by the store owner, and an appointment is required. Items must be in season, free of defects, and will stay in the store for 90 days, after which time you are asked to retrieve your unsold merchandise within 7 days. If you do not, it will become store property, there will be no consignment contract in effect and your merchandise will be donated to an organization in need. To arrange your consignment appointment, call the shop. Clothing, shoes and accessories are welcome.

 

What if I would like to host a shopping party, charity fundraiser, receive a styling consultation or shop privately during off hours?

~Hidden Glam prides itself on community partnerships in addition to personal service. Please call the shop or email HiddenGlam@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
